Return Policy
MedRepair offers warranties on all equipment sold. Please see Original Invoice for warranty terms.
MedRepair Offers 14 day returns with a 20% restocking fee. Returned items must be received in same condition as sold and in original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of damage.
Electronic part returns will only be accepted if returned in original packaging. No returns will be accepted on electronic parts if they have been installed or show signs of use.
Items sold “as-is” may be returned within 14 days from purchase date. “As-is” item returns will only be accepted if returned in original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of use.
Shipping Damage: Please contact us prior to returning.
All items received damaged due to shipping; pictures must be taken.
- A photo showing the damaged item and how it was packaged inside the box
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging material used
- A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number
- A close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (round stamp on outside of box)
- Two photos showing all six sides of the package (one showing top and two sides, another showing bottom and opposite sides)
Returns will be refunded via original payment method, or a Credit will be added to customer account.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs will be refunded for returned Warranty repairs with proof of invoice.
Repair Warranty Returns: Warranty covers parts and labor from normal use / wear and tear. Warranty does not cover damage from any misuse or abuse.
NO RMA number is needed when sending in returns.
